1.  A legally certified copy of your passport confirming that you appeared before the certificating notary and that they confirm the passport is a true representation of you.

2.  Two references confirming your identity, one of which should be from a bank with whom you have an existing relationship, the other may be from a professional firm or person.

3.  A recent utility bill confirming your usual residential address.
