FIDUCIARIES (n. fi-du-ci-ar-y)

The American Heritage Dictionary defines a fiduciary as:

"…One, such as an agent of a principal or a company director, that stands in a special relation of trust, confidence, or responsibility in certain obligations to others…"

It's a definition that encompasses a broad range of activities, but in essence we look after peoples assets for them. Unlike a bank, a fiduciary does not take in client money only to lend it out to someone else.
