As well as being regulated by The Guernsey Financial Services Commission, Willow Trust is legally required under the Guernsey Anti Money Laundering and Prevention of Terrorism legislation to establish the true identity of those persons whose affairs we manage.

In practice this means that as a minimum requirement our compliance team will require the information specified on the following page before we can act on your instructions. Willow Trust Ltd is registered under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2001 for the purposes specified in the register entry.
