Guernsey - Low Rates of Personal and Corporate Taxation

Guernsey plays a significant part in international tax planning structures, not least for the following reasons:-

• Guernsey is self governing and politically stable.
• Guernsey has historically had and continues to enjoy low rates of
   personal and corporate taxation.
• Corporate Law is based on UK legislation.
• English is the spoken language
