About us

Created in 1998, Willow was established to provide a personal and friendly service to a small group of private clients.  Since then the group has continued to grow largely as a result of personal and professional recommendation. Despite the growth, we have taken care not to lose sight of our original ethos of providing a professional and courteous service in an informal and relaxed environment, appreciated by our clients and staff alike.

In common with all fiduciary businesses in Guernsey, Willow is licensed and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and has been since the introduction of ‘The Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc. (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000.’ Licensing requires a fiduciary company to meet certain standards of solvency,  capitalisation, insurance and qualification & experience of the board of directors,  all of which we comfortably exceed.

Our independence enables us to draw upon the full range of professional and financial services &/or products in the market place and we remain firmly committed to full transparency of fees.  Any rebates received by us in the course of administering our client affairs are always rebated to the client concerned.
