As with companies, modern trust law provides many different types of trust structure, ranging from the general (e.g. discretionary trust) to the specific, (e.g. purpose trust, pension plan).

The creation of a trust can be a powerful and effective device when used properly but it is not a decision to be made lightly. We will always do our best to carefully explain in easily understood terms the benefits and restrictions of creating a trust. We are used to working in conjunction with lawyers and financial advisors and help with the process of creating a bespoke deed when necessary.
